Hello there and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jason and I am the Founder of We At One Life Coaching, established in 2020.
Now, I am going to make the bold assumption that the main reason you came here is because you are considering investing in You. Well I have some great news for you… you have just taken your first step on the journey to rediscovering you. This is not only an investment in the here and now, but for your future too.
I became a Life Coach because I have a passion for helping people. My background is in the hairdressing industry.
In the 20years I've been working in and around the London area, I've had clients from all walks of life, from many different backgrounds and from all over the world. From my experience of working in the service industry, the general public would confide in people like myself about the difficulties in their lives. In this situation, I would talk through their issues and provide guidance as and where I could. In this sense, I have been Life Coaching people for many years even before qualifying, gaining a diploma and starting my own practice.
In the many years that I have worked in a trusted position, I found that what people needed most was the ability to express themselves, to tell their truths aloud and also feel like they were being listened to. While this was liberating for some people, it also conjured up feelings of being stuck or in a place in their lives they no longer wanted to be.
My Life Coaching practice is offering an opportunity for you to express yourself in a safe environment, free of any judgement and in strict confidence. We will discuss what you want out of life and together formulate a plan to see you reaching and achieving your goals.
So, I invite you to simply talk with me, this is what's known as a discovery call. An opportunity to discuss areas of your life that you would like to change or improve. This would also be a good opportunity to see whether we are the right fit for each other.
